Reverend + Shamanic Healer + Sacred Plant Integrationist
Integrative Energy Experiences incorporate both ceremonial grade sacred plants and ancient healing techniques. Having grown up in Christian school I developed a strong relationship with the spirit. In 2017 I was introduced to techniques like Reiki and from there began to expand my practice. I have since added Shamanic tools to my skill set. I provide Energy therapy sessions and facilitate all denominational weddings and vow renewals. I also offer Compassionate Perspective Guidance which is a combination of my spiritual knowledge and behavioral therapy techniques allowing me to provide a form of wellness advising or coaching. I have been trained by multiple Shamans from around the world. I have even spent time studying hands on with Haru and Hayra Kuntanawa, Amazonian tribal leaders from Brazil. My current focus is on integrating jungle medicines into my practice. I am currently facilitating Hape, Cacao, Sananga, and Ambil medicine circles and ceremonies. I have even added them as options to my solo sessions. My thorough practice incorporates all cultures and allows one to experience full wellness of the Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit.

In 2014 I began to study the holistic lifestyle after an unfortunate journey with western medicine. I learned alternative options and all facets of plant medicine. I even dedicated over 5 years of my career to working with naturopaths; like chiropractors, physical therapists and nutritionists. After my experiences, I learned that internal and external health is equally important. This well rounded knowledge pushed me to dig deeper. It led me to learning about other cultures and in turn there spiritual practices which go hand in hand. I have learned how to grow, cultivate, and prepare my own plants for topical and ingestible potions. In 2014 I began to study the holistic lifestyle after an unfortunate journey with western medicine. After my experiences, I learned that internal and external health is equally important. In 2015, I officiated my business with a handcrafted retail line focused on skin care. Shortly after I began to attend and even host vendor shows and still do to this day. I now have a full retail line of Health and Wellness items. Customizable items also available for order. Supporting likeminded small businesses is one of my true passions!
